Game Design

A collection of my game design work, particularly with Hoards & Hordes, Tiny Hoards, and homebrew elements for Magic: the GatheringDungeons & Dragons, and more.

Hoards & Hordes is perhaps the creative project I am most proud of. Created alongside two of my friends in college, though still unpublished, this is a game in which dragons fight to be richer and more menacing than all the other dragons in the area, to the dismay of the people living there. You play as one of these dragons and wreak havoc upon the land of Parenthia.

The full rules for the game (complete with prototype card templates) can be found by clicking on the big logo right there.

Where Hoards & Hordes is a complex board game with a bevy of components and rules, Tiny Hoards is an exercise in simplicity. A card game with a one-page rules document that could really be like half a page, it's incredibly easy to pick up and play within minutes (maybe seconds).

No fancy logo for this one, but the full rules can be found here.
